MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to acquire interrelated financial companies that enable the integration of various financing products and services to maximize our shareholders’ value, market price, and total return by generating current income from debt and mezzanine financing programs and by creating capital appreciation from sensible and income-producing financing programs. We shall focus our origination efforts on a prudent mix consisting of first lien, limited second lien, and bridge financing arrangements all of which we believe will provide superior risk-adjusted returns while maintaining solid credit quality through prudent underwriting methods.
